We are pleased to announce that in the second quarter of 2017, the construction of the second of four planned multi-family houses on "Warta Estate" will commence. The building will have 3 condignations and will be divided into 3 staircases. Inside we have designed 23 comfortable apartments ranging from 31 to 64 m2. Each apartment will be equipped with individual heating system - dual-function gas stove. On the ground floor there will be apartments with their own garden. On the first or second floor you can choose apartment with a balcony.
Parking is planned nearby building.
While realizing the investment, we were guided by the need to rest of the residents from the city noise and calm down. At the same time, we have made sure that the location meets the needs of every family as much as possible, you will find, for example, a school or a hospital nearby. In the vicinity there is also the city center, by car you can get there in less than 15 minutes.
